Owner & Chief Delegator

Jason is the founder and strategic force behind Lifeline, where he spends most days thinking about how to keep the company thriving – and clients happy. With a lifelong love of tech, he’s been solving IT challenges since his early twenties. Known for his obsessive attention to detail and deep belief in long-term client relationships, Jason sets the tone for Lifeline’s honest, human approach.

Off duty, you’ll find him hiking up mountains, photographing landscapes, or tracking down the best local food and wine – with his black Lab Daisy never far behind. He’s also known for getting results from even the most stubborn customer support teams – a useful talent in the tech world.

Rebecca LoBello

Chief Operating Officer

Rebecca wears many hats at Lifeline, from solving tech issues to managing vendor relationships, quoting jobs, scheduling techs, and everything in between. With a background in television and over a decade in IT, she brings energy, empathy, and a people-first mindset to every task. She believes tech should be tailored – not templated – and prides herself on helping clients proactively stay ahead of problems.

She’s a Yankees and Devils fan, a beach lover, and the kind of person who reads the dessert menu first. Outside the office, Rebecca enjoys travel, wine, and quality time with family. She’s married with two children and a third on the way – proof that multitasking is kind of her thing.

Matt Helm

Senior Network Administrator

Matt is the architect behind many of Lifeline’s most seamless solutions. From network design and project management to security audits and compliance, he’s all about smart systems that make life easier for clients. With a background in cybersecurity and a degree in Computer Information Systems, he brings both technical chops and a consultative mindset to every project.

What sets Matt apart? He’s thoughtful, thorough, and always focused on long-term value – not quick fixes. Outside of work, Matt plays guitar, collects rock concert memories, and roots for the New York Mets. He shares his home (and probably his keyboard) with his wife and their two cats.
