Lifeline Technology Solutions was born when Jason, the owner, who had been doing consulting work (on the side of his full-time job at first and then as his primary job) for years felt like he needed to add another level of legitimacy to his business. Our computer network support and IT help desk services office in downtown Cranford opened over 10 years ago (and moved into a larger space early on) and has grown into a full-service managed service provider (MSP) that is able to handle many more, and much larger customers. We made our name designing, building, and supporting our customers’ Networks, and that is still the core of our business. Our Cranford help desk IT service customers range from sole proprietors, to multi-site commercial and non-profit organizations, to municipalities. We pride ourselves in our ability to offer different levels of support to match the needs of our diverse customer base, as well as our capacity to have conversations about very technical subjects with ‘non-techie’ customers. Even though we have grown to support larger customers, we have not forgotten our core group of residential customers that helped us get where we are today.
